For all leasing inquiries, please submit this form, providing as many details as possible.
We collect first month's rent, last month's rent security deposit and a key fee at lease signing. We require a credit, criminal & background check for all applicants 18 years of age or older*.
To be considered for tenancy, applicants:
• must have a minimum of 6-months employment history (consecutive) with the same company, or employed by a business that allows for remote employment. • have a credit score no less than 625. • have a base salary greater than or equal to 3 times the monthly market rent. In cases where joint income is needed to qualify, both applicants need to make at least 2.25 times the monthly rent. • If unemployed/retired, applicant must demonstrate recurring income equivalent to 3 times the monthly rent or have demonstrable assets equal to 6 times the monthly market rent (non-liquid assets are valued at 50%).

Application Process- Additional Information
*Applicants must provide a copy of their VALID government issued identification and proof of employment/income at the time of application. In addition, we collect $500 of your security deposit. This $500 will be refunded if your application is not approved, and will be applied toward your final security deposit if approved.
*No application will be considered without the above.
*If your application is approved, a lease will be required to be signed within 72 hours of being notified of the approval. If a lease is not signed within 72 hours of approval, your application may be rejected and the loft returned to market.
*ALL lofts remain available for rent UNTIL there is a fully executed lease in place.
*Falsifying information on the application will result in an immediate rejection of the application.
Tours are scheduled in advance daily between 11 a.m- 5 p.m. (last tour at 4 p.m.) and on Saturday's between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please, let us know if you are interested in showings outside of these hours. Due to high volume and heavy traffic, while appreciated, walk-ins are not allowed.
Our lofts can be held for up to 60-days from the date of application.
