The Terminal Street Warehouse District was built along Charlestown's waterfront more than a century ago, when ships, railroads and warehouses connected the neighborhood to a growing Boston. Its massive brick buildings stored the goods moving through the harbor and became part of the industrial landscape that shaped this end of Charlestown.
275 Medford is one of those buildings.
Rather than erase that history, we built around it. Original brick, timber, steel and oversized windows remain part of the building today, preserving the character of a working warehouse while giving it a new purpose.
We believe that's what responsible development should do: respect what a neighborhood was, contribute to what it is, and leave something worthwhile for what comes next.
